Sono in vacanza al lago. È primavera, la temperatura è perfetta.
I’m on vacation at the lake. It’s spring, the temperature is perfect.
Di giorno il lago è azzurro come il cielo e intorno ci sono tanti alberi e piante con i loro fiori colorati.
By day the lake is (light) blue like the sky and there are many trees and plants with their colorful flowers all around .
Il paesaggio è fantastico. Spesso ci sono delle barche in mezzo al lago, alcune grandi, altre più piccole.
The landscape is beautiful. Oftentimes there are boats in the middle of the lake, some big, some smaller.
Mi piace molto guardare il lago al tramonto. Il cielo diventa di colore rosa e arancione mentre il sole scende lentamente.
I like it a lot to watch the lake at sunset. The sky turns pink and orange while the sun slowly goes down.
Ora è sera e piove, l’acqua sembra nera come la notte.
Now it’s nightfall (evening) and it’s raining, the water looks (seems) black as the night.
